Let’s take it there is a series on my blog where I talk about something EXTREMELY personal or things that nobody talks about much. So today I want to cover Anxiety triggers. I have quite a few! I’ll explain each one in detail.
So here are my triggers:
Yelling: This is a trigger because I was yelled at for 6 years. So I freeze up and panic when yelling happens. So please don’t yell at me.
Tense situations: I was constantly made to feel like everything I did was wrong. So tense situations is a trigger for me. And any tense situation makes me nervous.
