Music Therapy

Music is my therapy. I listen to music pretty much 24/7. It’s always been there for me no matter what. I’ve been pretty depressed lately. I spend nights wishing I had someone next to me. Does that sound like you? It probably does as you’re reading this blog post. I’m doing so much all day that I sometimes forget I’m sad. But at night it really hits me.

I don’t write this to worry anyone, I write this to help people who might be going through the same things. I’m trying to be happy. music helps a lot. I can drown out the world and just listen to a good song. Anyone else feel this way? I hope so! I hope I’m not alone.
