Depression

I sit here listening to All too Well the Ten minute Version by Taylor swift. (That song guts me) Anyways I’ve been thinking about Depression and how it effects us. I just shut down when I get depressed. When I’m happy: I’m motivated and ready to tackle new things and happy to complete projects. When I’m sad: it’s a struggle to get out of bed in the morning and I don’t want to work. But I still do. I push through. I have to otherwise I don’t make money.

In my last post I talked about loneliness and how I get lonely at night. This is very true. But I’d like to point out I’m trying to make my life better. I’m trying to make new friends. It’s just hard because I’m so shy. Anyone else relate? Let me know!
